My team was very supportive,HR person is good.

Dislikes

They don't have proper office set up. It doesn't look like office. Employees has to clean their own desk. No office assistance person. No cafeteria, just a corner to have breakfast or lunch. Zero benefits. No maternity guidelines. They pay only 3 months out of 6 months.

2 chai a day is free if you take 3rd they will come at your desk and ask for money . HR is pupet. Nothing they fool you while joining shared Appointment letter of terms and conditions after 1 month of joining you are been trapped

hire and fire culture of founder , they are very poor in people management , they will hire 2 people at same time and fire one if they don't like him and master un spoiling careers
