The salary was decent and on time

The senior manager I was under was toxic , never appreciates good work , compares employees amongst each other that promotes unhealthy competition , gives unrealistic goals to achieve, sends female employees to far away places even when it isn't their job to do , changes roles and responsibilities every month/week which results in lack to pre planning and good results . Planning needs to be done properly. He denies 2nd and 4th sat off which is a holiday for all the employees including him....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
