I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. One of the worst company to work with. If you are experienced you can work just to add some relevant experience in your resume. If you're a fresher please run. Manager's bad attitude and no proper managing skills. Everytime employees has to suffer with her decisions. They ask us to submit phones as if we are working for some bigger MNC lol
