Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting job offers.
• Work with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
• : Utilize various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) and networking to attract top candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, perform phone interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers; prepare interview materials and provide support during the interview process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR recruiter
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
