Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.

• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet staffing needs.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews and manage the candidate selection process.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.

• Manage candidate databases and documentation.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
