Super low salary micro management unilateral decisions (they literally changed designations of people without informing them) no proper leave policy no health insurance

They are the ones who have created software for hiring they themselves don't show on time during the recruitment in fact the HR Sethi too is highly unprofessional in the course of hiring

HR Sethi talks like an Utah Gira, I mean you are representing a company do it with dignity , she talks to candidates quite unprofessionally and disrespectfully needs improvement also not very particular about ensuring the recruitment is scheduled well on time The company lags funds to pay employees as per the market level
