Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Flat hierarchy. Office location (Powai) Can be somewhat a place if you're starting your career as a fresher. It's a super no no place if you have any experience, please go find any other company to work with. And that's about it.

Dislikes

1. Bootstrapped company so its always super low on funds and behaves even poorer than their underpaid employees. 2. Been in market since years still barely able to survive. 3. 9 am reporting to 7 pm, they want you to work for 10 hours minimum and all the best getting out even after completing 10 hours, you'll be minimum spending 11 hours a day here, 6 days a week. 4. Even sundays are working for operation team and a rotational week off probability on Monday or Tuesday so all the best spending time with your family and friends. 5. low salaries obviously as company is always broke. 6. Will eat up your incentive payments etc, they're just for show so all the best getting it out of them. 7. Micro management! Micro management! Micro management! 8. They deal in Rental products, so if anything gets stolen by customer may god bless your soul, they'll legit get the money out of you even though you have no mistake in it. During joining they'll say they won't do it duh but when the situation comes they'll show their true colours, I've seen multiple employees crying for their pay because of this. 9. In case of cash crunch they'll fire employees left and right. Fired at least half of their workforce during covid and others were working on salaries on salaries as low as 9k-10k a month (even managers) so fulltime work with 9k salary for months. You can imagine the job stability in any crisis here. 10. HR is just a doll here, and she'll have to do whatever the founder says so you're on your own. 11. Last but not the least, they're super anti-work from home + no other employee benefits so it's like a baniya ki dukaan...Read More
