As Cluster Manager branches not support for work branch staffs behave like they are in government job and sometimes they shouting and there are many kinds of office politics like some staff deal with you some support to another area manager and behaving like they don't care about senior instructions. No support or respect for support verticles. Salary will be the lowest as per the market standard or industry. Had to report office at sharp 9:30 AM morning and late night sittings. No week off in last 10 days of months. you have to work on Sundays also.
