One thing I liked the most is that you don't have to work late. Office timings are upto 5:30pm and you have to move out till 5:30pm according to company policy,which is a good thing for an employee.

Everything is fine. Politics is everywhere... So you can't complain about this. But salary/appraisal is very less. Minimum salary should be 15000/-.
