Not bad but working hours are soooo long, office in time is sharp 9.30 but evening time not fixed, no any compensate of Sunday or any holiday and no any overtime

Anyways, i worked in tractor finance department and whole teammates of tractor finance was very good and supportive , my training was very gainful , i learned many new things about career growth moreover i satisfied with my salary, furthermore the work environment was very managable whole the credit team was very hardworking.

As per company rules the system of the company is good, but i am talking about only tractor finance so, in past years company stopped the tractor loans so business is less dealer demands more schemes on funding which company is not provide and how we can motivate the customer that they should take loan form our company so that the main reason.
