Sales Manager - Construction Equipment

Role & responsibilities

• The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and revenue targets for the construction equipment loans business in the assigned area by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving growth.
• The role requires interaction with customers such as SMEs, businessmen, contractors, and anchor clients in the construction equipment segment.
• This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, provide training, and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile

Min Graduation compulsory

Min 4-12 years of experience into same profile

Local candidate preferable or person should aware of the assigned location
