There is nothing for like. Overall is working politics with every staff . Area manager are not believe in CSC ..they always support manager in every condition where BM also very work.

Everything. Branch atmosphere is very very down rated. In muthoot fincorp having everything in paper work. At the time of branch closing every branch close on every day late by one hour or more but they want every employee should come earlier in morning at branch. Most vorse thing is they allow to appraise gold to any employee then if this good getting default in audit then every blame will put on employe and force for take recovery amount behalf of company to give that amount to company and engage you to not leave company and scolding you to pay otherwise they will getting any serious action.
