Most important the Timing, they will not go at 6:00, and About the Seniors, they do not have to time for visit and listening our Problems. Only BM have the power to anything for Appraisal , For Transfer , etc. And most Important thing the muthootian can survive only when they work ( Chatna jaanta ho ).

Company is good to work but there are people with 12-14 years vintage who can ruined someone career in just a second , whether employee is hardworking or smart . They ruined my 5.3 years vintage. I recommend to not join this company specially in Delhi region.
