Hi ....I had been there for 1.5 yrs. For a Fresher this is a good company to start your career. When I joined Muthoot training session was well managed , Proper meals and tea etc, all equipments like projector were used. That means training sessions was excellent. Now it has become poor. Poor salary and Poor appraisal salary would be in between 12k-15k. Forget about job security. Good company for learning purposes only if you go through your KRAs, shift rotations and other seniors KRAs.
