Lack of recognition to honestly working employees. Promotion & increment given to all fraudulent employees with the support of RM & ZM. VERY POOR HR TEAM. HR NEVER SUPPORT TO EMPLOYEES EVEN FOR GENUINE ISSUES. MANAGEMENTS MOTO IS TO EARN PROFIT ONLY.

The worst company I have ever seen.companies motive only for increasing the profit and AUM.mostly they prefer to work even on sundays.they think that employee has not family or personal life.normally the working time is 9:30 to 6:00 but we should come to branch on 8:00 to 7:30.thre is no extra payment or benefit for extra time. The superior persons are not support for increasing the business and complete our target and pushing the OTC products at the time of releasing the incentive or bonus.they think that they should pay the incentive to employees but tomorrow they push to login the OTCs.there is no chance to convince the customers for the products because such a worst products they are cross selling.unable to handle the pressure from the superiors the employees login the products using their own cash and become a debtor.this is the reality in muthoot finance.the incentive structure may vary from the performance of the employees like when we perform poorly they should increase the payout per product but we perform better they should decrease the payout per product....Read More

Worst company, don't give incentive and making scam to their customers and the muthoot branch behaviour was very bad and our senior was not supported all the time they forced to achieve Target, if any chance you don't achieve Target they hold your salary and always cut some amount from salary the work environment was very bad, no clean drinking water I suggest don't do work in this company

Waste NBFC ever in the hole market.i request all not to join this company ever. Dur to in this company south north HR does more. They don't like ever any north employee.simpy they use to join and after they do fully partiality and harrasment. HR head MR Sanoj ramakrishnan he especially doesn't like both guys ever. He does only partially and politics He try to remove complete north team.

Yes,they look after there employees and have very strong Audit team which help in taking quick and responsive initiatives over any queries.

1. They have no respect for there senior staff the RM and the other employees at Ro level takes the Branch staff for granted 2. Salary package is very very low as compaire to others. 3. They ask about salary justification over work,i would like to say first you give the proper salary and designation to you employee's and then ask this question
