No promotion on time and very poor annual increments in all cader. I am performer since july-2018 to till date but in ego and with biased our Rajkot Region regional manager Mr.Hiren Canada recommended and transferred me to palitana from Bhavnagar which is 130 kms from my Home Town Bhavnagar, very much painful for me and for my entire family as I am only the care taker of my family.

skill enhancement and management provide time span toprove yourself on business performance basis and company is loyal about his loyal employees overall 10/9 rate. Only a part is missing about something for sports activity should be there for more attachment with company.

The company declares itself Great Place to Work but the reality is that all that ratings are biased or forced by the seniors.

Let me reveal some of the realities about this company: 1. The seniors and BM are very rude and dominant, they will badly yell at you and will even put false allegations on you. 2. Many of the Branch's infrastructure and systems are in very poor condition and the management is not taking any steps to rectify them. 3. There is nothing like Week off here, the management will force to do cold calling on Sundays at home also Sundays and holidays branch visit for security verification.
