No increment of salary till the 3 yrs, No promotion, lot of discrimination between malayali and non malayali, No transperency, less incentive, high work pressure, Robust infrastructure, No work hirarcy of work at branch level, less salary

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training not given to new joiners. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address employee issues, less salary

Overall you can't survive in this salary, Worst management, nothing to learn, lots of politics, every time shortage of employees so you can't take leave on urgency. Company is only for south indian. Team work is very good. Incentive is very high based on your work skills and target achievements.Serving customers directly for otc product and handling all accounting functions of branch. Working as RE was a good experience and gained knowledge and way of handling HNI Customers now want to do much more and competitive.

Dislikes

Salary is very hike. Sometimes have to work 10 to 11 hours in a single day as i have to attend custimers and their calls. I love to work in pressure but do not getting salary as much as i do work.

Working environment is good,job security is for every employee, salary always came on time.the training sessions are so enthusiastic

There is no growth and learning spcly for North Indian.sometimes the work pressure is very high that employee himself forced to buy company products.the working hours are very strict like if you punched after 9 ,no matter if it is 9.01 your half day leave will b register in software though 4 times in a month u ll b relieved from it

Generally speaking,my work is to call customers convince them to take gold loan and also other products of the company.maintain KYC.deal with walk in customers.there are some targets are given which have to be achieved in given time .
