If you are working in th Mfin branch then you have to work as all rounder. Doing the work of office boy to work of guard as well as do your branch operations. Management is poor, no promotion from 4 year. Only Sunday off but still you have to visit the branch for security checking. If you fail then the charge financial penalty on you. Hectic life in Muthoot
