1. Security issues (unnecessary burden on employee) 2. It is like a high security jail 3. Unnecessary sales burden 4. Focus day ( no decreased roi no high per gram rate then it is illogical) 5. Sunday/night visit ( it should be the job done by security guard) 6. A number of products to sale with daily basis target (nobody can achieve all in a day) 7. Anybody unknown or new joinee in corporate or regional office can call you, threatened you,harrased you to complete his task on given time . 8. High rate of interest, difficult to add new customer comparing other banks and NBFC's 9. Branch staff was totally uncooperative, shameless n disrespectful. They hv no ettiquates n manners how to talk with seniors n no respect for BM. Even after in job there for 5-8 yrs, they don't know company's rules n regulations n Even after knowing, they didn't want to follow the same. No job security. Very risky job. No career growth. Very less salary n too much internal politics. Very bad working environment n no work life balance. No support from higher authorities.
