The one and only thing is good that they pay the salary on time. But the salary is very low compared to their competitors.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in the company. The regional office staff will not help you when you face some problems. When you join the company they will tell you that it's a 9-6 job but in reality it is 9-7:30 job or beyond. Create senseless pressure by the management. Even they forcefully work you on "SUNDAY". That means there are no holiday. Think 100 times before join this company.

Only three things I'll tell you 1. Muthoot officer using 😔 words and un porlamentery language in the staff 2. So many leaves are you have but officer not sanctioned the leaves Nowadays customers also suffering the gold loan releasing transaction after 3 days 🙏 we request to create a virtual 🆔 but officer is saying not given a big today 😔 present situation is very bad in our some regions

The worst company I have ever seen.companies motive only for increasing the profit and AUM.mostly they prefer to work even on sundays.they think that employee has not family or personal life.normally the working time is 9:30 to 6:00 but we should come to branch on 8:00 to 7:30.thre is no extra payment or benefit for extra time. The superior persons are not support for increasing the business and complete our target and pushing the OTC products at the time of releasing the incentive or bonus.they think that they should pay the incentive to employees but tomorrow they push to login the OTCs.there is no chance to convince the customers for the products because such a worst products they are cross selling.unable to handle the pressure from the superiors the employees login the products using their own cash and become a debtor.this is the reality in muthoot finance.the incentive structure may vary from the performance of the employees like when we perform poorly they should increase the payout per product but we perform better they should decrease the payout per product....Read More

Worst company, don't give incentive and making scam to their customers and the muthoot branch behaviour was very bad and our senior was not supported all the time they forced to achieve Target, if any chance you don't achieve Target they hold your salary and always cut some amount from salary the work environment was very bad, no clean drinking water I suggest don't do work in this company

Many things salary is first but never received on time salary everytime and incentives were not given properly no skill development only work like hell and call customer daily but they were not even interested to get benifits and fooling customer by false words work environment was ok because manager and employee misunderstanding more

The company declares itself Great Place to Work but the reality is that all that ratings are biased or forced by the seniors.

Let me reveal some of the realities about this company: 1. The seniors and BM are very rude and dominant, they will badly yell at you and will even put false allegations on you. 2. Many of the Branch's infrastructure and systems are in very poor condition and the management is not taking any steps to rectify them. 3. There is nothing like Week off here, the management will force to do cold calling on Sundays at home also Sundays and holidays branch visit for security verification. Bahut kam salary hai and bahut jayada work pressure dete hain bilkul chindi company hai and koi job security nahi hai hamesha dar laga rahta hai job ka and fraud ka agar koi bhi fraud ho jaye to tumhe paise dene padenge.and management bhi sabko chor samajhti hai.badhua mazdoor ki tarah kaam lete hai.raat ko 8 baje tak kaam lete hain subha 1 min bhi late ho jaao to salary kaat lete hain.
