This company provides good opportunity to freshers as the work and social life is perfectly balanced. In terms of pressure, Multitex won't put pressure on any of their employee also the percentage of appraisal every year is quite satisfactorily.

Dislikes

As due to perfectly balancement of work and social life the growth rate in this company is quite low also the management at the top having a great political ideology.They do what they want to, your opinion doesn't matter over there.

Company has a good culture and supportive employees, Beneficial for those who likes sitting or desk job, there is no mechanical hardwork. Overall company is good.

Dislikes

There is no such things that a person dislikes Multitex. But one thing that i experienced in Multitex that the growth is slow and no on job training is provided. The company is good for starting up your career i.e. for removing your fresher's tag.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
