It is good place to work with.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is all new technology in here.

Dislikes

There is a lot of problems like not any types of manner in staffs and not any proper work schedule. On the job training is not given to weakly leave or also working time is 12 hours lots of problems are here.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different role within the same team.

there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

generally speaking my work was slightly challenging as I had to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations.
