With 100% job security, you'll often find unskilled individuals who have remained in their positions for a long time. Being on higher position they don't have any knowledge a part from their current role.

Dislikes

Qualified people will be sidelined. They will recruit people from outside with higher salary whome people working at lower position will train. But people working from long time with good qualification will not be promoted in name of Policy issue. Because of that you will see in every department skillful people leaving in a tenure of 1-3 years.

People don't have any quality work so they enjoy playing politics amongst them. No innovative ideas are exchanged or entertained by senior management. People work here only because salary gets credited on time. They have no motive of doing anything. Whole company is full of people who has attained the age of retirement so you won'tfind enthusiastic people who are focused in their career. Company is spending crores of rupees for development of the project but none of the employees is willing to make that project go live.
