The learning you will get while working at Musigma will be emmense because you will be working in different job functions at once.

Dislikes

The work culture can become toxic because you won't be getting to learn or work directly under a senior colleague. Hence alot of learning will be self.

Work life depends on project to project. Personally my work life has been very smooth, that is 9 hours working a day. But I've seen people suffer a lot and losing their work life balance, there are teams wherein you have to work for 12hours straight.

Other than timely salary nothing is good about this company

1) People passing out from college getting converted into something known as AL (sort of managerial position). 2) These AL's come up with ridiculous systems. For example: Major bulk of People (AL's mainly) with zero technical skills nominated as Front Liners (FL) whereas people possessing actual technical skills are nominated as either Middle Liners (ML) or Back Liners. (BL) 3) The 3 year Contact they offer is absolutely unlawful and against Employment Law. They demand 10Lakhs (which they claim to invest in training which is very strange, but in reality they don't provide any such level of training) for experience letters if someone wants to leave. 4) The work life balance is absolutely horrible <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 5) The work culture also extremely toxic</mark>. 6) If one can diplomatically work on favouritism then they might stand a chance otherwise a whole lot of dirty politics goes around the company's structure. 6) They'll want you to come to office at time but when it comes to working hours they promise 9 hours but actually it's 12-14hours 7) Consolidation of the above points have resulted in high attrition rate in this company which is very obvious...Read More

The learning curve is great, but only if you're motivated enough. The work culture will see a shift since the office reopens on Jan 2022. The prospects of becoming a manager after 3 years at Mu Sigma is something that can't be easily found elsewhere.

Dislikes

Not really an employee friendly company. The availability of projects are less on the data science/data analytics stack. You'd always be expected to work with very minimal input. This might be a problem for freshers since most of the seniors leave right after 3 years when the bond gets over. Current bond structure of 4 years may notbe beneficial/worth it in the long run....Read More
