Some developers and senior developers are quite helpful. They will provide you with the proper guidance.

Dislikes

- There's no work life balance. - Don't have the Job Security. Everything is based on how are your relations with management. - Quite less leaves. - Sometimes quite unexpected targets are set by management. - Low appraisal and benefits.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
