I had a disappointing experience working at MTA AUTOMOTIVESOLUTIONSPVT.LTD. The salary is well below industry standards, and there are minimal raises or bonuses, regardless of performance. Employees are overworked and undervalued, with little to no work-life balance. The work culture is toxic, with management showing favoritism andoffering no real growth opportunities. Micromanagement is a huge issue, and employees' concerns are often ignored. There is a lack of transparency, and unrealistic expectations make it a stressful environment. I have worked here almost 2.5 years in accounts department . MTA is the worst company I ever seen. India Management is very poor they don't have ability to take decisions. Italy Management listened to only the person who is seated here from their country. The HR person is worst and culprit. HR is interfering in every department and every subject expect hiring.
