Nothing, for freshers it is a good place to improve their skills.

The work pressure is high as we need to work on 2 or more projects simultaneously. No appreciation on work we are doing here only the team lead will get the appreciation bcoz he is handling the project. No work-life balance. There are no specific rules here Management follows 'my company my rules'. No job security. If you are experienced then there is no career growth. The appraisal is very bad. The project deadline was set by the management although they don't know the requirement of the client as well as they did not even discuss the timeline with the senior leads. I am working at Msewa for more than 1Year. You will get lots to learn and explore new things. The working culture is good. Team members are supportive. Management is also very supportive. Daily you will get new things to learn which is very interesting.
