Dislikes

Micromanagement is very painful. Even though you are good at delivery, going out and have a coffee is very challenging. If you don't deliver and see your laptop screen for 8 hours, they are very happy. Trusting on everybody and promoting who doesn't have a good attitude. That leads people to do politics and push the work to others who are doing it. The worst part is the management knows about it everything but scare to ask a question. If you are a TOP performer also the management will never trust you. If you are a TOP performer and you resign your job, that's it. OMG, I can't express my pain in this review. They will never send to any product training and you have to explore your self. If you get a promotion also I don't think you will get the freedom to work on your way because they will put their nose on all the matters. One thing I noticed, Very sorry to say. they don't have humanity at all.
