Nothing much, but if you get a good collegue then it might feel relaxed . Everyone at the top will always be in a motive to dominate you. MRF wants person in sales only to take all the fustractions of the District manager and supervisor.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Work in Mrf is an absolute torture. All they care about is money ad not about dealers growth. Can't make decisions of your own.
