Work culture totally depends upon the team you are working with .If the manager is pretty cool and relaxed your life will be easier. Job security was used to pretty good but there were some changes which were made recently in the top management which had leads to a job security concern more most of the employees .

Dislikes

Growth is the factor which is major cause of concern in this organization in terms of both financially and personally .People over here are working on same designation for more than 3.5 years and still there is no sign of growth or promotions is evident as of now. Work life balance is terrible over here as per the appointment letter you only need to work of 8 hour but honestly it is a 10-11hours job a day .Half days are here for name sake even on half days you still be working 7 hr atleast....Read More

The job seems to be quire intresting in the beginnning but as you grow old in the company you will find it mundane and boring .You are not allowed to put your opinions forwars you got a stick to whats company says .You cant be innovative and expressive .

No holidays only 8 holidays apart from sunday plus your leave that you will not able to take in the whole life. High pressure of sales and rubbish reports you have to make.
