Role & responsibilities

• Determining Product training needs, identifying training gaps, & conducting programs to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity through on the job training and even involved in selling through channel.
• Preparing the training program calendar, designing program content, developing training modules
• Planning and delivery of Induction training for staff
• Driving sales efforts for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary and achieve business excellence.
• Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies
• Identifying and developing reliable dealers/ distributors for increasing market visibility.
• Devising & effectuating competitive sales programs/strategies to improve the product awareness and ensure enhanced brand visibility.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by constantly developing & implementing pre and post assessment tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Paint industry who got experience in Product Training. The person need to train the products to employees, paint contractors, Architects & Painters
