Manpower Handling Oversee and manage a team of operators and workers ensuring they are adequately trained and motivated to meet Production targets
- Production Monitor and optimize Production processes to achieve daily weekly and monthly Production targets efficiently
- Safety Uphold and enforce Safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Quality Maintain high product Quality standards and implement Quality control measures to minimize defects and rework
- Cost control Identify opportunities to reduce Production costs without compromising Quality or safety
- Training Conduct daily Training sessions for operators to enhance their skills and productivity
- Documentation Prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint to track and communicate Production Quality and Safety metrics
- Communication Demonstrate excellent Communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with the team and management FunctionalTechnical
- Sound knowledge of Paint shop process Conveyor Pretreatment top coat etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating and presenting reports
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management
- Presentation skills to deliver training sessions effectively
