Role & responsibilities

• Receiving and storing: Receiving, storing, and issuing engineering materials and equipment
• Documentation: Keeping records of inventory transactions, including deliveries, returns, and adjustments
• Inventory management: Maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stock is organized and easily accessible, and conducting regular stock checks
• Safety: Ensuring the use of appropriate materials for maintenance and that personnel and equipment are safe
• Disposal: Ensuring the correct disposal of garbage to comply with regulations
• Requisitions: Preparing requisitions and spare parts for approval
• Supplier relationships: Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and overseeing procurement activities
• Coordination: Coordinating with engineering teams to understand their requirements and fulfill requests for materials.
