There are multiple departments If you are not in the collection process, I will say you are in the good place, I can't continue due to distance. The facilities you get here are (1) 6 WO in a month (2) Reward and recognition in every month (3) Supportive TLs and higher ups (4) IJP opportunities in 9 month.
