To be frank I'm just ok with their package as compared to other companies but still there is no additional benefits like night shift allowance or bonus.

As a customer chat agent it's really challenging task to work almost 7:45 hours constantly on 3 concerency which will break down our mental health and cause stress and also shif part they will continuously changes according to their need they will not even ask agents that they are comfortable or not and also there will be a huge difference in shifts life one month day shift and next month will be night shift which will cause for health, sleep and peace.
