Learning if you get in good team like development,Not so much restriction for leave to interns,hybrid work culture,Free food,events.

Dislikes

Some manager have high expectations during interview from freshers. How much hard work you do in project while intern there is very less chance that you will be converted to full time. Vacancy are filled immediately rather giving oppurtunity to interns for full time. No Hikes poor Salary expectations.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
