Likes

Pantry is there for tea/coffee(not chargeable). Snacks like Sandwiches/Poha/maggie are provided at a reasonable rates. Has large parking area for 2/4 wheelers. Has Badminton court. Two buildings inside its campus in Noida sec 62. Job stability as no file policy

Dislikes

HR management has changed for worse. In some teams more than 50% people are on bench. They don't let you change departments(they say - "either work here only or get termination from us") Delayed and Low salary hikes every year(9-10% only). Company resource return policy is very bad. They use to give some Dell/HP/Motherson bag alongwith the laptop. But while returning the laptop they need only the Motherson branded bag otherwise deduct 1500 INR from your salary(the bag is clearly not worth this much and they don't even accept if you buy them a new Dell/HP bag online)....Read More
