The only thing i like was job security.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Managers never appreciate you for your hard work. They may say you did a good job, but at the time of appraisal, that hard work will just disappear. They will point very silly and small things to give you a bad rating. Also, They expect you to know everything. Work culture is not good. Too much politics. Bad appraisal.

Work Details

Not so good. Too much interference while doing work. Even if you are done with the work, managers would still tell you to sit in front of the screen always, always being told to stay online. Too much micro management.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
