Wrost office politics done by HR and admin they do breathless environment simply targeting spred negative to other co workers team breaking even boys can't sit together housekeeping people listen only HR and admin if other employees tell anything they doesn't care they don't give respect to other co workers

Small organisation trying to adopt corporate cluture. It's corporate company at Head office but local company at individual hospital levels

Growth is only for those whose are vulnerable for organisation remaining should work jus like that no additional training or additional responsibilities don't expect cause higher management is narrow minded no vision for growth of employees.

Staff is good but incharge are very bad th They blame their mistakes on their junior staff, the HR here doesn't know anything, the employee knows more than the HR. Even if you leave from here with proper Resignation , They will neither give you experience letter nor your clearance. You will keep visiting the hospital but they do not respond. They also act as if they don't know you.
