I worked at Motherhood Hospital gurgaon branch, company which declines its own commitments. Politics, favouritism and groupisum are some of there ideology’s they follow at Front office department under customer experience manager (Chandrima Banerjee) and Facility Director (Gunjan Rakha) Its a recommendation don’t join the horrible organisation or you will regret your decision

Before when it started, the culture was good. Good respect for staff was there.

Now, there's a lot of politics and management doesn't address our concerns. Although there's a grievance committee, when we try to address,we will be terminated.

Growth is only for those whose are vulnerable for organisation remaining should work jus like that no additional training or additional responsibilities don't expect cause higher management is narrow minded no vision for growth of employees.

Staff is good but incharge are very bad th They blame their mistakes on their junior staff, the HR here doesn't know anything, the employee knows more than the HR. Even if you leave from here with proper Resignation , They will neither give you experience letter nor your clearance. You will keep visiting the hospital but they do not respond. They also act as if they don't know you.
