Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
HR Operations
On-Boarding: Ensure Joining formalities are conducted along with the orientation and clearly define the salary structure, benefits on the day of joining.
Induction:
Organizing & making arrangement for induction and Orientation programmes for new hires on policies, procedures and hierarchy system of the unit to make them familiar with Organization culture & environment
Completion of Confirmation Process: Six Months Completion Review Process and Goal Setting Process as per policy guidelines/specified timelines.
Payroll Management:
Compliance: Employee health & safety initiatives, Personnel file management & audit, HRMS update.
Shift Planning, Management, & Monitoring
Discipline & Conduct of Employees
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Training Coordination: Coordinate for training programmes/ workshops. Based on employee Performance reviews, identify, and recommend employee training needs,
encourage participation of employees in various organizational programmes.
HR MIS reports:
Work closely with Corporate Team in Preparation Weekly Recruitment MIS/Training Tracker /Training Calendar Month Wise .
Preparation of Employee Exit & Full N Final Settlements process of the BU on Weekly Basis
Preparation, Weekly Attendance reports,
Furnishing Unit HR dashboard Presentation covering all the details of BU Operations month wise.
Maintain function wise Attrition data.
Maintain Tracker for employee documents.
