I was asked to resign as company wanted to save cost, in the same month I was found positive while working. Pure professional organization only intended towards profit making irrespective of employee, patient or Doctor's satisfaction and minimum space for charity or PPP or CSR.

Mostly Attitude and Stretegies of top management. Not at all supportive in most of the cases.

They are not transparent with mid level staff can fire any time incharge and ns are too bed and Noida hr is not available for any help. Overall suggestion is that banglore staff should discuss with nursing staff of Noida. They incharge are forced to work on 24 hour and they approve only 12 and if you raise a voice then they will take a displine action

Staff is good but incharge are very bad th They blame their mistakes on their junior staff, the HR here doesn't know anything, the employee knows more than the HR. Even if you leave from here with proper Resignation , They will neither give you experience letter nor your clearance. You will keep visiting the hospital but they do not respond. They also act as if they don't know you.
