Very good environment with futuristic leadership team. Encourages participative style of leadership. Have been mitigating the market risks and accordingly lead to compounding growth. Strong customer and product base right from the foundation. Large group of employees are with organizations on an average of 4-5 years and there are employees joined as an intern and now are at the level of VP, AVP, Directors, Managers etc. which explains the growth pattern. Crowning the freshers in the product teams with shared patents is something which separates MosChip from the rest in the market. The compounding growth and also be seen from the stock price (BSE). Partnering with TSMC is the cherry on the ice-scream. I am with MosChip from last 3+ years and still many more years to go with bulk aspirations. Am writing because someone has taken personal grudges towards the person i worked under. Its been an incredible to work under someone who is multi talented and resourceful. Shravan helps to elevate the whole work experience, his motivation and kindness make him good leader. He always support to say the truth it might be which ever level the management. I had to rate as I have seen some baseless comments on a person I was reporting into. I was with Moschip for more than 3 years in talent acquisition reported to Trivikram and then to Shravan. I remember the improvements brought in the recruitment process, implementation of ATS tools, Streamlining the hiring levels, presenting the forecasting and there by planning of the same. Everything is flawless. Shravan helped us improve from comm skills to the candidate engagement skills. Used to induce learning not only from the work perspective but also in various aspects of learnings. He takes care of the team utmost importance and has no reservations against anyone. He has been a supportive and understanding manager and never behaved as a superior but gelled as a team member.
