Work-life balance and work culture is great in this company. Flexibility in working hours , support and health care are some points that I like about this company. It can be good beginning for a fresher.

Work type, appraisals and undergrowth environment is really a problem in this company. They don't improve work type by using skills, that's really demotivates me a lot.

The working environment is excellent and professional with almost no team politics. Seniors are way too better to work with. Providing a Hybrid work mode giving a well work life balance.

Free meals provided is not much satisfiable but that is not any major issue.
