I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work-life balance and work culture is great in this company. Flexibility in working hours , support and health care are some points that I like about this company. It can be good beginning for a fresher.

Dislikes

Work type, appraisals and undergrowth environment is really a problem in this company. They don't improve work type by using skills, that's really demotivates me a lot.
