It's challenging to have global work force to work with and manage. Enjoyed working with people across the countries, enjoyed learning and interacting with multi-culture.
Dislikes
Migration and overseas hiring was difficult. Every month company was increasing headcounts and there was too much pressure in bulk hiring.
