ABP is running completely on WFH basis, which is only positive thing. They fired most of the employees this year under pandemic situation. No job security, no encouragement.

Dislikes

First of all no job security. ABP fires people who dedicated their career in abp for more than 15/ 20 years. Always frightening remaining employees and compel them to work all 7 days a week. No new learning skill, no increments over the years, no growth, no job security and no encouragement to the employees. It is a terrible organization.
