My advice will be to join their client company directly How this company works is: You are hired as Tester but you will work for there client companies like Flipkart, Phonepe. The client pays them X amount per month. Then they pay you X/2 amount per month. They just keep half of the amount without doing anything. Full time you have to work for client. This company do lierally nothing and keeps half of the amount. So join their client company directly and keep the full amount in salary. No learning is there in this company If anyone from this company comments on this then just dont believe them they are just bluffing. There is nothing likable about Moolya if you are a career oriented person. But, if you are more inclined towards cultural activities and fashion than testing, then this is the best place. There is no proper time. Sometimes manager will ping you at 12.30 am. You might not get sleep of minimum 5 hours.

Dislikes

No work life balance, horrible work culture, hundreds of bonds, no humanity, no promotion, no proper appraisal. There is demotion instead of promotion. They have lots of money to party and chill, but not for hike. Check their Instagram page life@moolya for more information. This organization is deteriorating rapidly because poor management and lack of knowledge.
