The project I was put into 1 month back as a replacement , is a work-life balance mayhem. I raised this concern with my parent company. On top of it there is no such process for assigning tasks for devs or QA. I'll be getting calls on saturday to work on something . The nail in the coffin was the manager called me on a sunday to do the task.
I did the right thing be reporting it to my parent company right ?
