10+ years of experience in utilizing extensive knowledge of modern test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Restassured, Webdriver.io, Cypress, and others. Evaluate and recommend best-fit solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, considering compatibility, scalability, and future-proofing. Champion pre-sales efforts by crafting compelling technical solutions and winning responses to RFPs.

Engage directly with customers throughout the pre-sales process, including proposal development and RFP responses. Lead the development of a high-performing engineering team. Collaborate with our Alliance teams to engage with leading vendors/partners and align our solutions accordingly. Demonstrate proficiency in cloud testing platforms like Saucelabs, BrowserStack, and LambdaTests.

Exhibit expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript. Possess working experience in the cloud ecosystem and distributed systems. Demonstrate a complete understanding of the CI/CD process, including pipeline setup, and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes containers. Excel in understanding data and data processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Provide thought leadership to clients on test automation approaches for web, mobile, API, and data handling projects. Immerse yourself in clients' testing ecosystems, meticulously analyzing their current tools, processes, and pain points to identify automation opportunities and develop custom roadmaps for driving efficiency and quality. Define and implement end-to-end automation strategies, conduct maturity assessments, and ROI analysis, create test automation roadmaps, and offer tool recommendations and implementation guidance. Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable test automation architectures that deliver lasting impact.
